30-Day Return Policy
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging
- To start a return, contact us via Shopify Inbox or email with your order number
- Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be issued within 5â7 business days
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
90-Day Seller Warranty
- All products come with a 90-day seller warranty covering hardware defects
- If your item develops a fault within 90 days of delivery, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion
- Warranty does not cover: physical damage, water damage (beyond rated resistance), or faults caused by misuse
- To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description or photo of the issue
Refurbished Products (Galaxy S24 Ultra)
- All refurbished devices are Grade A certified â tested and inspected before shipping
- Covered by our full 90-day seller warranty
- Cosmetic wear beyond Grade A description qualifies for a return within 30 days
Shipping Issues
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date
- We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund promptly
