30-Day Return Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • To start a return, contact us via Shopify Inbox or email with your order number
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

90-Day Seller Warranty

  • All products come with a 90-day seller warranty covering hardware defects
  • If your item develops a fault within 90 days of delivery, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion
  • Warranty does not cover: physical damage, water damage (beyond rated resistance), or faults caused by misuse
  • To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description or photo of the issue

Refurbished Products (Galaxy S24 Ultra)

  • All refurbished devices are Grade A certified — tested and inspected before shipping
  • Covered by our full 90-day seller warranty
  • Cosmetic wear beyond Grade A description qualifies for a return within 30 days

Shipping Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date
  • We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund promptly
